Bullets itch to go top
FCB Nyasa Big Bullets say they are eager to beat Goshen City Dedza Dynamos this afternoon in the FDH Bank Premiership away at Dedza Stadium.
Bullets are third on the log table with 20 points, a point below leaders and reigning champions, Mighty Wanderers, who are tied on points with second-placed Silver Strikers, but are separated by goals scored.

A win today could, therefore, see the People’s Team go top of the flagship league, albeit temporarily.
Bullets assistant coach Heston Munthali, who is sitting in for his boss Wedson Nyirenda, said the focus has been to improve their firing power.
“We have worked on that and we are looking forward to the game and even the players are eager to win this game,” he said.
However, he acknowledged that it will not be a stroll in the park.
He said: “Playing against Dedza at their backyard is hard, but we are not looking at the table, rather our focus is to go there and win.
“The players need not to panic, they should be focused and play the way we do during training.”
Bullets remain the only team yet to taste defeat in the top-flight, but have drawn half of their matches, dropping 10 points in the process.
Dedza Dynamos, who are 16th with 18 points, said they are not shaken with the prospect of facing the record 17-time champions.
The team’s coach Lazarus ‘Deco’ Nyemera said coming from a 2-1 loss to Chitipa United, they are geared to bounce back.
He said: “The boys have recovered from the loss. They know the importance of this match, it is a must-win for us.
“We have worked on the shortfalls we noted and our preparations have gone on very well.
“I urge our fans to come in large numbers and I can assure them that we will win this game for them.”
Last season, the two teams met thrice, twice in the league and once in a cup competition and Bullets won all matches.
They won the first round match 1-0 away, then triumphed 3-0 at home before a 2-1 victory in the final of the Castel Challenge Cup.
In other matches, Blue Eagles host Red Lions at Nankhaka Stadium in Lilongwe, Chitipa United welcome in-form Ekhaya FC at Chitipa Stadium while Civil Service United face Moyale Barracks at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe.
